Physical Goods

Refund requests for physical items (flags, banners, staffs, apparel) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.

Digital Products & Courses

Digital downloads, workbooks, and enrolled courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

Custom-made and pre-order flags are final sale and cannot be refunded once production begins.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship and scholarship contributions are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
