Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 weeks (up to 14 business days), excluding weekends and holidays. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and fulfillment. During high-volume periods, holidays, or special releases, processing times may vary slightly. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Time Estimates

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International (if applicable): 7–21 business days after shipment

Shipping Liability & Transfer of Responsibility

Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address Policy
